Kid wears swansea top!

The other night I went for a pleasant meal down the red dragon center. The bar and grill which is highly recommended! Anyhow while I was waiting for my food I happened to notice a kid who must of been about 19 playing poop and wearing a Swansea top! I immediately cursed in my head and it absolutely makes my blood boil. I know you can wear whatever you want but I can help but feel disrespect and anger. Does anybody else feel the same?

I feel an uncomfortable urge to have a pop at them.

Put yourself in my place , my 8 year old grandson is in the Swansea city development team , he trains up
at Heath park on a Saturday with them , after training he allways wants a kfc or mc Donald's and he s wearing
his Swansea kit , I allways say lets go in the drive through because I feel like traitor if we go inside and sit down ,
It's hard trying to explain to an 8 year old the fierce rivalry between us and the jacks . :bluescarf:

You now seem to see a lot of younger kids wearing Swansea tops around Cardiff and the valleys. You can't blame them, they will always latch onto the biggest best team in the area, which unfortunately is Swansea being in the PL. We just have to except it. My son is in school in Cardiff and has three jack fans in his class alone, they all live in Cardiff born and bred, and he's 14. I have even seen adults now wearing Swansea tracksuits around Cardiff, which as far as I'm concerned, they are fair game for a quiet word or two :bluebird:

Seeing more and more Swans tops around Cardiff but I don't think they are based here. Swansea really is in the pits at the moment as a city, it's had barely any funding and the town center is fucked. Compared to Cardiff it is no comparison and even the most embittered Jack will tell you that. I would suggest that more and more Swansea folk are shopping in Cardiff and that they wear their top to take the piss.

You should have skinned him alive, strung his flayed corpse up above one of the bowling alleys and hung his skin on the boat mast in the middle. Or shouted your a Jack b*stard or something like ini.

They're just common, our shirts are rare and unique. When we (one day) do well or go on a cup run everyone else will support us being the massive underdogs - Swansea are now the Man U of Wales and we are like the poor neighbours who everyone will take pity on and support at a time when we appear in a competition for example! But remember..... Where were man city when Man U were winning titles in the 90's. Look at them now!

Well, it's supposed to be a 'derby', even though we are one-club cities, forty miles apart. If that is the case, then fans of both clubs will turn up in the 'wrong' place. Plenty of Bluebird fans west of, say, Bridgend, but we tend to, thankfully, not all wear replica tops.

Swansea the Man U of Wales!!! The same Swansea that took 903 fans to Leicester! Joke of a support.

It is beyond me how someone born and bred in Cardiff could support Swansea as one poster has mentioned above.

It will happen with really young kids who only see the PL as the place to support. Especially if their parents have no real interest in football, so no guidance. The parents will just see them as supporting a Welsh team :bluebird:

Spot on, easy to make assumptions without knowing where they are from.

I wore my Cardiff gear down Swansea when I was in University down there.
