A back 5 can be attacking and fluid but he plays it so rigidly that we just have no options going forward

My only issue with him right now is his substitutions. He makes that at bad times, and the choice of player is often baffling.

He can't it clearly falls on deaf ears. At this point Tan couldn't give a f**k, ideally he would have rathered sell Alf and Macheda but we can't so Marshall had to go. Trollope (and any other manager we might have) has little to no say in outgoings

Agree about the results part but I fear that its the players not the managers now, we've had the same players for a good few years and we can't get anything out of them
