If you could sign one realistic striker who it be and why?

Fraizer Campbell, scores goals and is quick, decent with the ball at his feet and think he would link well with Immers and Pilkington. Can't see his transfer fee being too high although wages will probably be a problem.

I agree - would be Campbell for me.

Burnt his bridges here I'm afraid by hoisting his shorts up to Tan-like heights after scoring that time. Vincent has a long memory and is quite happy to hold a grudge.

No way would he re-employ someone who has taken the piss out of him in the past.

That's not realistic though hes jist signed for a club in Scotland and he's got an underlying injury which is why we didn't sign him.

I'd love to see Campbell back but I can't see it happening for many reasons but mainly wages.

He's on loan at Hearts from Charlton.

Has pace and will run at defenders. He certainly got the crowd behind him during his short spell at City.

I don't disagree with that, but trust me city won't look at him the medical team said don't touch him. Also if he's just gone on loan then he's not guna be avaliable to sign anyway.

I think our only realistic chance of getting a striker with real quality is on loan where we pay a % of his wages.

Bristol have got the loan of the season already in Abraham. The kid has been banging them in for fun for Chelsea under 21's the last 2 years. Suprised no one else at least tried to get him.

Fair enough, didn't realise our medical team said not to touch him.

I thought loans weren't possible yet, a condition of that FFP ban in January........but I may be making that up :?

Bamford or James Wilson both goal scorers at this level great loan signings or maybe Lewis grabbing on loan

Campbell,grabham both on loan

Vydra, campbell or bamford are the quality we need. We wont get any of them.

I would have a cheeky bid for danny ings at liverpool. Just coming back from injury and downbthe pecking order he will need some game time. Doubtful but worth a shot.

I expect a league 1 striker or a out of favour championship player.
