Aron Gunnarsson returned to full training today for Cardiff City after leading his Country Iceland to amazing Euro 2016 campaign.
The good news for Cardiff City fans is he is fully fit, no problems with his shoulder and he is ready to continue his extra special long throws for his club now Cardiff City.
Last season Gunnarsson was unable to command a place in the Cardiff City team under then manager Russell Slade and there was speculation that he might leave.
Gunnarsson has be reassured he will be given a chance this season under new Cardiff City manager Paul Trollope.
