Lennie installed as assistant coach along with James Rowberry.
Scott Young moves to be youth team defence coach and a role as a Cardiff City ambassador.

Good :bluescarf: news all round I believe.

Lennie is a backward step in my opinion

I disagree, as Lennie is number 2 and will only be playing a supporting role to Trollope. His football management experience would be perfect for the role. I would have been worried if he was the manager of Cardiff, but with a combination of new coaches being introduced, could prove favourable for the up coming campaign.

Rowberry and Lennie supporting Trollope. Sounds good to me, experience from Lennie and Rowberry providing youth and fresh ideas.

Good to see Scott still being associated with the club but glad he's not first team coach anymore if I'm honest.

I'd expected Lennie as Director of Football though. Does that mean we're still looking for one? Positive moves all round, as Lawrence and Trolls work well together and Rowberry is highly rated.

Ready made cheap replacement if Trollope fails.

Backward step in my opinion - didn't exactly help Dougie Freedman to be a success did he?
