CHELSEA WON'T BUDGE ON LUKAKU

Chelsea are refusing to meet Everton’s £65m asking price for striker Romelu Lukaku, according to the London Evening Standard.
It is reported that the former Chelsea striker wants a return to Stamford Bridge, but the Blues are unprepared to move up on their price.
Lukaku scored 18 Premier League goals in the 2015/16 season.
