No money for a decent manager?

I keep hearing we are stuck with Russell Slade because he's on a peanut wage and we can't afford better, Looking at the money that has been quite frankly wasted on wages and fees for players that have been brought in but havn't played is unreal. How much money has been wasted on Ameobi, Lawrence, Saadi and Zohore this season?. I refuse to believe that there is no money to hire a more tactically aware manager who can trim the squad and keep us competitive.

Spot on.

A big promotion bonus would be an attractive proposition for ambitious managers.
