For Me it's the way forward, in my opinion slade has done a good job under difficult circumstances. Ship steadied, lots of expensive dead wood gone and at the same time we have competed. It's not always been pretty, he has made bad decisions and lots of mistakes but anybody who thinks a new man is going to walk in and we are going to become world beaters over night is deluded.

I have no doubt in 6 months time the new man if we get one will be having flack off exactly the same posters. Reality time boys, we have no divine right we are CArdiff city not Real Madrid. We are a very competitive established championship club, the stats will tell tou that but for now that is what we are.
