O'keefe sounded like he played well on the radio

Watched the game online and for me only one player stood out in a disappointing performance - Whitts. Never stopped looking for the ball and one first half pass to Noone was top class.

Unfortunately had precious little support from the rest of the team.

You should go on Mock The Week!

One good thing to come from today is we only have 1 more game before we can send the useless half arsed waste of breath back to Newcastle and he can get a well deserved transfer to Scunthorpe or Chesterfield where Im sure he'll put in a half decent performance every 10 games at League 1 level before finding himself signing for a Non-League side as he finds his true level.

Why the f**k do people continuously vote whittingham man of the match? (Rhetorical question). Today he had absolutely no creativity about him, he just slowed everything down. At Bolton he had absolutely zero creativity about him, again he slowed it down. Takiing 10 seconds to look for a short pass left or right. He "tries" clever or long balls but 90% of them DONT WORK. You guys give him more credit than he deserves. He used to be class, now you guys see what you want to see. Newsflash he was awful yesterday AND at Bolton. The rest of the season he hadn't done much ether... Stats don't lie

I thought O'Keefe did well.
Also though Whittingham looked the only player who was able to create anything. He hit 3-4 superb long passes.

Unfortunately No one, Ameobi, Zohore, Dikgachoi, Manga ( unsurprising given he's been really ill) were all awful.

Marshall had a rare mare.

The others were average at best.

However we weren't threatened at all until Morrison went off, when we completely lost our shape.

O'Keefe for me by some distance. At least he showed that he cared and put a shift in and made some tackles. Whitts not bad. the rest god awful. Glad someone pointed out Manga as he was shocking when come on. he must have been really ill, which begs question why was he on the bench and why was he brought on. I know Turner hasn't played either but at least had some development games or even move Pelts across or play 3 at back. We had to win and doing something left field like that may have cut Slade some slack, with a 3-0 loss but having a go and trying something. To set up not to lose and lose 3-0 in a crucial game is criminal.
