Colchester relegated to League Two - if they lose to Crewe with Shrewsbury and Fleetwood avoiding defeat. Or if they draw, Shrewsbury and Fleetwood win and Oldham avoid defeat.

Updated after Charlton's relegation to League One, as well as Hull and Derby securing their places in the play-offs.

Here's what could happen this weekend

MK Dons will be relegated to League One unless they beat Brentford. of Brentford. However, a win will not be enough if Rotherham take a point at Wolves and there are draws when Blackburn host Bristol City and Nottingham Forest travel to Fulham.

Colchester will be relegated to League Two unless they beat Burton. However, wins for Fleetwood at home to Blackpool and Shrewsbury at Gillingham would relegate the Us even if they won.

Doncaster will be relegated to League Two unless they beat Coventry.

York will be relegated to the National League unless they win against Accrington, although a win will not be enough if Newport pick up a point at Luton.

Altrincham will be relegated from the National League if Boreham Wood better their result.

TONIGHT

Wigan will be promoted to the Championship if Walsall fail to beat Shrewsbury

AFC Wimbledon will confirm their place in the League Two play-offs if they beat Portsmouth. While a draw would see Portsmouth seal their place in the play-offs.

And obviously the Champions League semi-final first leg between Manchester City and Real Madrid is tonight.

Walsall won tonight, so Wigan must wait to seal promotion - but they only need a point so it seems a formality.

Portsmouth have sealed their place in the League Two play-offs with a 1-0 win at Wimbledon who need one win from their last two games to confirm their place in the play-offs.

The semi-final in the Champions League between Manchester City and Real Madrid finished 0-0. They will go again next Wednesday.

This could be a very busy weekend, so here are all of the possibilities

Premier League

Leicester City will win the Premier League if they win at Manchester United on Sunday.

Championship

Burnley will be promoted to the Premier League with a win.

Sheffield Wednesday will seal their place in the play-offs if they avoid defeat against Cardiff City.

League One

Wigan only need to avoid defeat to seal promotion to the Championship.

Burton will be promoted to the Championship if they better Walsall's result.

Millwall, Bradford and Barnsley can confirm their places in the play-offs.

Doncaster and Blackpool will be relegated to League Two if results go against them.

League Two

Accrington and Oxford can be promoted to League One.

Wimbledon can seal a play-off place.

National League

Braintree will be in the play-offs if they avoid defeat, but a loss could see Eastleigh or Tranmere seal the last spot.

Two of Altrincham, Guiseley, Halfiax and Boreham Wood will go down.

Scottish Premiership

Celtic will win the title if they win and Aberdeen fail to win, or if they draw and Aberdeen lose.

Dundee United will be relegated if they lose and Kilmarnock win.

If Kilmarnock lose they will finish in the bottom two, if Partick avoid defeat.

Brighton drew 1-1 with Derby, thanks to Brighton getting an equaliser in stoppage time. That means Burnley will be promoted to the Premier League if they beat QPR at home. That kicks off at 4.45pm.

Walsall beat Fleetwood 3-1. So the second automatic promotion spot will be decided on Saturday, as will the final two teams to be relegation to League Two because of that result.

Championship - 12.30pm Saturday
League One - 12.30pm Sunday
League Two - 3pm Saturday

Championship

Middlesbrough will be promoted to the Premier League if they avoid defeat against Brighton. However, if Brighton win then they will be promoted and Middlesbrough will enter the play-offs.

League One

Burton will be promoted to the Championship if they avoid defeat. If Burton lose, then Walsall can take their place if they win and there is a 3-goal swing in goal difference.

Barnsley will seal the last play-off spot if they win, but could still lose it with a win if Scunthorpe also win and there is a 3-goal swing in goal difference. If Barnsley fail to win, then Scunthorpe can take it with a win - or a draw if Barnsley lose by six or more. However, if Barnsley and Scunthorpe both fail to win, then Gillingham will take the last play-off spot with a win.

Doncaster will be relegated to League Two unless they win, Blackpool lose and Fleetwood lose with a 10-goal swing. Blackpool will also be relegated unless they win and Fleetwood lose. Fleetwood know a point would send down Doncaster and Blackpool.

League Two

Accrington and Oxford both know that win would see them promoted to League One. However, if either drop points, then Bristol Rovers can seal one of the spots with a win. If Accrington and Oxford draw, while Bristol Rovers win, then Accrington and Bristol Rovers will be promoted. Bristol Rovers must win to stand any chance of automatic promotion.
