Gareth Bale has suffered a setback in his recovery from a calf injury and is now a serious doubt for the Champions League clash with Roma.
Real Madrid had published pictures of the Welshman back in training, undergoing agility sessions on sand, that suggested the 26-year-old was on course to meet his original return date of three weeks.
That would have seen him back in the matchday squad for the weekend's trip to Granada, but he did not travel.
Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane said before that game: "Bale is better, but not completely recovered. It's better do things right with him and go bit by bit."
Bale has missed training this week and is instead back in the physio room, but sources close to the player have told MirrorFootball it is not a serious setback and that he should be back in action inside a fortnight.

I just hope he will be properly fit for Wales come June
