Well Played Ticket Office

With so much negativity being posted, I thought I such point out the good work from the clubs ticket office.

I emailed the club asking about ‘juniors Go Free with ST Holders’

I was very impressed with the speed of the response and the outcome.

My nephew has been asking to come to a game and my son is always asking to bring a friend.

So I emailed asking how many tickets ST holders were entitled too and that I would like to apply for 3 junior tickets, so we could take my nephew and sons 2 mates.

I had a very quick response saying that they have printed 3 tickets for both the reading and Burnley game and have put them in the post today.

Very impressed with the response outcome.

And on a side note I think it is a great idea for a few reasons -

- Crowds should be higher for the two games
- Hopefully attract new fans, kids who have never been before ,may get hooked
- More people more noise (admittedly a lot of them are going to be kids, but hopefully will all help)

I have always found the staff there excellent & helpful whether by phone or calling in to the office.

Great stuff from the club, they should be doing this ALOT more imo.

Agreed well played by the club.

However, I think after watching the current drivel were dishing up most of the kids will choose to stay in and play on fifa for the burnley game.
