There had been speculation manager Russell Slade would look to add to his options with a midfielder and striker both reportedly a target.
But we understand the Bluebirds’ hierarchy in particular now sees the Cardiff squad as complete for the moment and more than capable of excelling in this season’s Championship. There is a belief the quality and depth of squad is now in place to push at the top end of the table without bringing in any more new faces ahead of the closing of the loan window on November 25.
Slade has indeed confounded many of his critics by guiding the Bluebirds to an impressive start to a season that is the former Leyton Orient boss’ first full one in charge in the Welsh capital.

With ten games played Cardiff currently sit eighth in the table having lost only two matches so far this term. In their final outing ahead of the international break Slade's men earned a battling 1-1 draw at table-topping Brighton.
We have also been told a meeting will be held in December between Slade and the club’s board to devise a strategy ahead of the opening of the January transfer window at the start of the new year.
Cardiff’s position in the table then will be taken into account, but early indications are Slade may not see too much room for manoeuvre when it comes to bringing in new players then either.
The thought within the club is that even if the Bluebirds do encounter injuries, there are still plenty of players within the squad capable of stepping into the starting XI to cover absentees without a dip in quality.

Dalman said to us at Brighton,he felt we did not need any new players and that Slade had a good enough squad to get us promoted.
He also said even in January they would prob at best only let Slade sign a player with pace if Saadi did not do the job they feel he can do.
The squads good enough Now over to Russell Slade
