Blackburn Rovers are the favourites to sign striker Adam Le Fondre
Bolton & Sheffield Wednesday are also interested in the striker.
Le Fondre will be leaving Cardiff City next week & will be joining one of these clubs.

I guessed that earlier. They have the money from the Gestede deal, after all.

Apparently there under a transfer embargo and can only sign free transfers and loans
