Right decision to let adeyemi go?

Mon Jul 13, 2015 8:01 pm

If you think about it we have gunnarson, whitts, ralls and dickaghoi whitts and gunnar were never going to be sold ralls is up and coming and I think he's in for a big season and dickaghoi is on 30,000 a week and will be like a new signing.

Slade obviously doesn't see that much in him compared to these 4 and he's seeing him everyday we have only seen glimpses to be honest.

So I think I'll trust slade on this one.. don't get me wrong he looked ok but is he better than what we got? I wouldn't say so but good luck to the lad

No issues at all, very uninfluencing in EVERY game he played last season.

O'keefe should definitely go before Adeyemi......but that would mean Slade is admitting himself to be a clown.

100% agree, played well against huddersfield first home game then looked unfit and unable to influence a game from the middle of the park, touch wasn't to great either and as said above we've better options ahead of him so makes sense to get him off the wage bill, let's be honest there's gna be more leaving if it's ppl who ain't getting a look in then we can't moan and I still expect kj to leave

I'd have him in from the start, see how he shapes up rather than just jettison him to a championship rival.

I think this one will come back to bite us.

Cant understand why Slade wouldn't give him a go towards the end of last season when we had pointless games yet he continued with Gunnar and Whitts

Absolutely. I guess he needed results. Yet another sign of a manager who is out of his depth and struggling. Having watched his football for three quarters of a season and having chatted with him at the end of the season, I have no faith in this guy or in his judgement whatsoever.

Thing is we can't judge him from a few games here and there in a really poor team. But, someone has to go and Slade can't please everyone!

There must be more to it.

He is easily good enough to start for us.

What a bunch of narrow minded bunch we have on here, no wonder I don't come on here on anymore.

Stuart O'Keefe didn't get many chances until the end where he got 2 games at the end, think he came on for Gunnarsson who went off early and done good. Played brilliant v Forest away.

Baffled how he only got 5 games I think it was from January to May considering he was Slade signing, maybe we will see him get his first pre season for us and be involved more as I think he adds something to different, especially for away games where we can a bit of height and more bite in midfield.

Not narrow minded, mate. Just a bit daft.

Pulls played him quite regular the year he kept palace up in the prem so he must have something about him .The lad wanted more regular football when palace bought better and he decided to join us so if he gets a run of games he hopefully will show us what pulis seen in him
