david cotterill is not close to signing

Like I've said before we wanted him in January it didn't happen we enquired this summer aswell and were willing to pay 1 million but Birmingham want 2.5 million with a year left on his contract. Unless cardiff pay more it won't be happening he's currently in Birmingham as for preseason.
