He is a quality player, who had a lot of injuries last season and the season before.There was a time last season when he was given a small run in the side and he showed glimpses of his quality, but then he got injured again. I have seen him play quite a lot and if he were to move to a Premier League side, where he played regularly and he didn't get as many injuries, he would show the real quality, that I and many other people know that he has got. A move to a club like Villa as a replacement for Delph or a move to Newcastle, Everton or West Brom, would be a great move for him.
