You can forgive Fabio's mistakes as his commitment more than makes up for them, if played in the right position he will learn

I would love to see Fabio have a good run in his right position

Still think he's easily the best full back we have at the club, and would love to keep him at the club, but due to us getting high wages of the bill, he'll probably be sold, shame really.

He is a wing back in a back five or winger not a full back , when played in a flat back four he struggles .
If declan John is back with connolly as cover I would sell him unless he's kept as a winger to challenge pilkington .

You could say that last year about quite a few, unfortunately there is some very unwelcomed coaches in behind the scenes who haven't a clue!!

Worth approx £2.5 mill Approx Wages £25,000 plus a week.
Ex Manchester United first team player.
Defender Cardiff City
Russell Slade has his doubts about Fabio and I have been told that he even blames him for 6 conceded goals this season.
Slade played Fabio out of position on numerous occasions and in numerous positions.
My opinion, My favourite current City player, for commitment, passion, skill and never say die attitude.
Yes Fabio makes mistakes, but in my opinion makes up for it with his over all performance
Ive heard he might be for sale?
Your opinions?
Would you sell Fabio?
Do you rate Fabio?

I believe he is a player that put 100% in every game If all our players play like him we would be in the play offs

Spot on thomasblue. I am still amazed that we struggled with width last season when we had the likes of Fabio, John, and Kennedy on our books. If he's not going to be used properly then we should get rid but it would be a big shame. A character who has undoubted ability but would play best in the left wing role... which is where we need someone!

Steve for me Declan John should be on the team sheet every week

Absolutely agree. That's one decision that has riled me. It's not just because he's a local lad either. He's another player whose development has not been managed properly which is why we've not had any stand out youth players for the past few seasons.

Steve, just my opinion but I dont think Slade is keen on Declan and even made him train with the youth last season

If he is willing to stay I would make him no 1 choice left back or left wing-back.
I agree with Annis.. he is one of the few players to demonstrate the kind of passion, commitment and pace needed to do well in this division.
