It's not that simple though is it. I bet for him to drop down he would want guaranteed amount of funds to spend. No doubt also want to bring his coaches and physios etc etc
Then we would have to pay off the people already in this positions here.
It would be a huge expense and although give us a greater chance of promotion it wouldn't guarantee anything.

Spot on annis fans would be prepared to wait as they know he's a Orem quality manager and the best we could dream of,this should be tans priority but as stated above his budget would be too big for tan imo,but on the other hand with money going up so much from next yr maybe tan can back the right man instead of the wrong one and take us up so we get a slice of the cash

Slade has done nothing wrong, and it would be morally indefensible to sack him just because a perceived better manager is available.
