I hope Russell Slade proves many wrong including myself. We all want our team to do well. If we can start the season well there will be walk up crowds and the fans will be back. Its hard to walk away from the club you love. Maybe slade needs more time. To many managers get sacked to soon. Just hope we dont turn into chesterfield reserves

Unless wonders are performed in the transfer window and we start playing some decent football the fans will not return to last seasons level.
We were subjected to 6 months of dire, abysmal football. The only way that things are likely to change is if we see a new manager which is very unlikely. Slade does have the close season to bring a few in but it looks as if he is again likely to be looking in the bargain basement.
Some fans are likely to return if we are doing well and are near the top of the table, but that is very unlikely because of the type of performances that City have been putting in. Unfortunately, dire football in mid- lower table obscurity will not draw in the crowds as can be seen from the season just gone where at least 5K season ticket holders did not even bother turning up for months. Many fans will consider that they have better things to do on a Sat afternoon rather than splash out good money on what we have been served up over the second half of the season.

Agree some of the football was dire to be fair

I am not 100% sure slade can turn it around. Only time will tell as he is here to stay for a while
