100% out for me. Tans hands got burned twice with Malky and Ole for one reason or another, but Slade has done everything asked of him, so I think Tan could make him DOF, with Trollope or a n other as manager. But I personally would like to see him gone.

Who fully backs him? Perhaps they have got the shakes and pressed the wrong option?

Until last Saturday I was willing to give him a chance and a pre season but that was abysmal.

I do have some sympathy with slade and would love him to succeed like any other manager but I think he is too far gone now and would need a miracle start to the season to have any chance of winning fans over. As soon as the first defeat happened then the knives would be out immediately and the pressure he would be under not conducive to winning football matches.

I wish I could say give him another transfer window but realistically for the sake of the club and fans then unfortunately he has to go and a new appointment to give the club and floating fans some sort of optimism going into next season.
