Hopefully getting redundancy end of april...........and selling up and moving back been out of cardiff/penarth area for too long ...what are the house prices like these days been looking on internet etc. I have max of 450k to spend any ideas .....dont really fancy going back to cathays ..... heard roath ok these days anyway any advice will be welcome.. and yes I am renewing

Depends what you looking for? Penalty isn't cheap and roach varies greatly from one side to other. You got kids? Schools important? Or just pubs??

No just me and the mrs kids staying in london......yes pubs Important but a nice location more so how is easy public transport Penarth into city centre these days? Thanks for any Information.

Trains every 15 mins if you use the Cogan route and heres also the Penarth direct line but house prices are starting to raise again in Penarth
