Cardiff city fans 101 reasons not to renew.

Fri Mar 27, 2015 5:01 pm

Some of the im not renewing excuses are hilarious and cringeworthy to be fair. The best one for me is the typical fan saying we are cost cutting so theres no ambition yet the very same fans bitched for years for the debt to be sorted and blue back. Wtf do these fans expect to happen now it's been or being reversed after all its what we wanted is it not

I'm not renewing because..
............

It's to cold
I don't like slade
To many empty seats.
I don't like the pair of poofs on the hot drinks van by the toilets under the ninian stand.
We are selling players.
I was a prem fan only.
Don't like slades football.
I can't afford it.
The beer is crap at the ccs.
The band sucks on matchdays.
There's no atmosphere.
I'm a plastic.
I won't renew as there's no million pound signings.
I've fallen out of love with the club.
I'm busy in work for all games.
The club's a joke.
I don't like tan.
I hate the red seats.
There's tomany happy clappers.
The stewards telling me to sit down.

Please add your own before others make more up :laughing6:

I don't care if people don't renew, I just don't want to keep reading their book of excuses not to renew while looking for attention!

I always thought it was stick by your club through good and the bad, guess not..

It is purely a business decision

If that excuse is good enough for the club to do what it wants it is good enough for me

Ian,
The Fact remains, at least 10,000 were pure GLORY HUNTERS.

I Respect those who fell out of love with the Club, due to the Shambles of the Pathetic Rebrand.

Cal, it's one hell of a read and funnier than a Jeremy Clarkson book!

IMHO, you're either a Cardiff City FC supporter or you're not and those that are will stay loyal ;)

Me? I'm renewing for next season and will do so for (hopefully) a long time to come :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

I've renewed my ticket today, but if I didn't it would be because of the following....
1=Not enough chocolate chips in the chocolate muffins.
2=Stewards not selling popcorn during the match.
3=Pitch is the wrong shape.
4=No pictures of Alan Durban and Dave Penny hanging up around concourse.
Everything else is just fine,no complaints

As mentioned on other posts, there's no need to renew is there. If you're flush with cash, fair enough, buy one up front, but for most, including myself this isn't possible.Unless you know that you're going to attend every home game, what's the point. There's plenty of room for everyone who wants to go, on a match to match basis. The club need to have a pay on the gate turnstile, so people can literally just turn up with cash, and get in, I can't see why this would be difficult to sort out.

At first I had some sympathy with them, but not now. Bunch of drama queens. No excuse not to support Cardiff City. Don't have to renew, just come to a few games. Even that is too much for some of them. The 're-brand' is gone. Either they support CCFC, or they don't.

Normally I'd renew but I went on a coke and alcohol fuelled bender this weekend and woke up to find id spent my life savings on what I thought was michael jacksons pet monkey bubbles only for it to turn out to be a small leprechaun dressed in a gorilla suit

Now turning tricks down the docks 50p a suck and a kiss from a leprechaun in hope of making enough money to renew
