True,I would not be that shocked the way Tan and Slade are clearing players out.
But for me Fabio is in my top 5 current players,work rate and quality.

I don't think anything the loons in charge do would surprise anyone.

There is an obvious 'friends and favourites' group of players who can do no wrong and a broken leg would see them on the bench. In reality, they've been at the club too long and there are better out there.

Then there's the ones who have not been given any chance whatsoever, but have more skill than most of our current 1st team.

Shocking way to treat players, no wonder their hearts are not in the club, even trying to get a game with the stiffs is shattering their confidence. Fabio been great for us this season and when he has come on as sub at recent matches he has greatly improved the performance in the team

In the top flight you need more than just workhorses. Which we won't have come summer the way this is going, we are selling all our skilful players like they are out of fashion.

I would not be surprised, as he seems to have been marginalised in the last few games. I think that Slade just wants to get back to basics and a solid back four, with no flair, shame really as Fabio for me has been one of the best performers, he is always liable to make a mistake, but is always harrying players and gets us going forward. This Slade tenure, is starting to resemble the austerity measures brought in by the present government

Tan stated Slade was his own personal appointment.

Over 2 years Tan has installed yes men in every position at the club, now finally he's got his puppet in the dugout.

Its not so much who you can play, but who you can't. When this is understood, the baffling team selections of Slade begin to make some sense.

Not really knowing he has been put out of the team since Bolton, playing out of position players ahead of him. Politics all the way, or a very limited manager. Maybe a good combination of both. Sad if this is true!

He's a class defender bevause he's so good going forward.
