Why do we always go for players with bad attitudes?

Annis the loan window has now closed.

The summer transfer window closed at 23:00 BST on 1 September.
The loan window for Football League clubs opened seven days later and closes at 17:00 GMT on Thursday, 27 November. Any club can sign unattached players if they left their old clubs before the closure of the summer transfer window.
Clubs can buy players again on a permanent basis in January.

Personally, I would like Cardiff to have quotas that ensure Welsh players are in the squad. It would also give hope to the youngsters coming through the academy that there is a route into the squad that is not being blocked by high earners who never play anyway

Apart from the welsh part I don't get the point in this loan move.
We aren't playing matts who was in the same group as Lawrence but much higher rated by man utd and the general football community. Not to mention ravel who is way superior to Lawrence but can hardly get a look in.
I think if we want to show academy players, that City is a club that look after young talent then we have to start by giving matts and Declan some games.

V City today

Rotherham manager Steve Evans on his on-loan midfielder Tom Lawrence: "Tom's a real smashing talent, in the first half he was unplayable.

"The boys at Cardiff had a real problem with him, he was popping up everywhere on the pitch and hurting them with his quality on the ball.

"Leicester manager Nigel Pearson might be saying in January that he is a big part of what they are trying to do because he showed today he should be playing a level above."
