You clearly haven't read the full post I was replying to then, as Pembtoke Alan stated that our fans reckon that Vincent Tan picks our team when we lose, but Slade picks the team when we win!

Only a few people seem to believe that Tan and Roeder is actually picking and team, but it could be questioned if they interfere more than they should. In Ole´s contract it was stated very clearly that he would be in full control of team matters. I have a feeling Slade´s contract is not the same.

I agree. It's pathetic what's happening on here lately. People without evidence saying that Tan picks the team and then saying that Slade is being made to look a fool. No manager would allow someone else to pick the team. He would be doomed to fail.
