Great football? Are we watching the same game? We hardly had the ball and kept lumping it upfield. Jones is very good in the air today though, so at least we are gonna play hoof ball play him instead of Macheda it works

All Watford.

Fabio on but should be playing on the left not right. All the play coming down that wing.

Pilkington pulled a muscle. Ralls on for him. We are not having much luck lately.

Adeyami on for Gunnar.

We are inviting so much pressure here, it'll end 1-1 imo. We need to take this game by the scruff..!

Inviting so much pressure because no one can keep the ball in the team.
Slade does seem to have a knack for winning even though the team is playing poorly though :laughing6:

Sounds a bit of a gamble this substitution.

Going to be a nervous last 15 minutes.

They are pressing us so much, and we're just clearing it into their half, hoping Kenwynne turns into Messi!

they got 17 shots and 72% possession vs us 9 shots and 28% possession. Watford are totally ineffective.

With players like Vydra and Deeney this is surprising. Then again our defence seems to be doing very well.

But Connolly has been subbed.

It feels like we are playing without 2 main players in defence now Manga and Connolly. Still doing well though nearly there.

Watford pressed us today, but were poor overall, we allowed them possession, but they didn't use it. Another team would have won that, or at least taken a draw.

MOM for me - Le Fondre

These will be the same people who said we were lucky to beat Reading, who have gone to Forest and won 2-1 today! :D

We didn't help ourselves in the last 20mins but soaked up the pressure well despite the hoofball clearances upfield to immediate lose possession and begin Watford's attack cycle again. But we did have some decent passages of play and 2 other decent opportunities - a very important 3 points which will gives us confidence to build upon. So as it stands, we are 8th, 2 points off play-offs and 6 points from top with plenty of games left. Support sounded great lads and safe journey home to our amazing away fans. :bluescarf:

Didn't think we could get a result against a very good Watford team but credit the players and RS for a hardworking performance and a great 3 points. First time Watford have failed to score at Home this season.

That's a monkey off RS back and just 2 points off the playoffs and 6 points off automatic. Better than most of us could have imagined just a few weeks ago, looks like the dream is possible.

Watford 0-1 Cardiff City: Bluebirds hold out to get long-awaited away victory at Vicarage Road

Adam Le Fondre scored in the 11th minute and, despite having a lower share of possession, held out for the win - a first on the road since April
