Ole's Best Signing, Manga, Fabio or Daehli?

It's fair to say, Ole's time with us was a disaster from start to finish. However, despite having to put up with the worst manager in the clubs history (my opinion) for almost a year, he did make 3 quality signings.

So who do you think was his best signing? Try not to just let current form sway your decision, because if that was the case, Manga and Fabio would be miles ahead

Personally though for me, Manga just nicks it. He's still got a lot of years left in him being only 26, and based off my first impression, he could be one of the best, if not THE best centre back this club has ever had.

Agree with you Ryan on Manga, he looks the part so now hoping he can keep his form throughout the season.

Fabio has been brilliant, and maybe he might be with us for a while as he could become a fan favourite without the top clubs putting a bid in for him.

I think he'll stay if we get promoted, but i can't see him playing another season in the Championship, he's looks like a quality player to be fair. Would have him over Caulker any day

While I think Fabio has played well this season on the whole, he still loses the ball in very costly situations and dives in needlessly at times. Manga could be one of the best defenders ever seen at CCFC.

Fabio just for value

Manga is a top level Premiership centre back. I can't believe he joined us! I think Fabio is the best full back in the Championship but he still makes mistakes and leaves us wide open with his over enthusiastic charges upfield. He's brilliant though, a little terrier with so much ability! Daehli needs to be played in the hole as a number 10 for a number of games before we can all judge how good he really is.

I'd say Daehli in the long run.

Player that has had the most immediate impact: Manga, hit the ground running and has strengthened the team. The only worry for me is that he is so good i can see some PL club go after him come january
Best investment: Daehli, came cheap, very young, huge potential, we will either make a pretty penny on him when he leaves or he will become a very influential player for us as he matures.
Value for money: Fabio, think he came pretty cheap and after a difficult start he has more than payed back his due this season.
All great signings, one of the few things OGS got right

Fully agree with assessments of Manga in that he may soon even rival Don Murray as our best ever centre half. Have to agree to differ on the other two though. Fabio is suspect defensively and frequently gets caught out of position. As for Daehli, I just cannot understand what City fans see in him. Totally ineffective in every game I've seen him this season.

Ole didnt sign Manga.....Dalman Scouted and signed him.

All three are quality players.

Manga is quality and could easily make the step up. However I do think we could cope without him (glad he is here though).

Fabio however we don't have anyone to replace with.

For this season I'd say fabio on a free is the best deal.

Manga now, just what we needed, hopefully some clean sheets soon.....
Fabio is superb, but just behind Manga.....
Deahli looked absolute class when we signed him but has not developed and looks lightweight, but I think long term he will be the best player, probably not here though....

Manga have been very good the few games i have seen him. Fabio? Remember there was a lot of Fabio-haters here after he signed. But not anymore, and thats good, he is a modern back and have become a very important man for Cardiff.

But i voted Mats, i just have to smile when i see the ball are glued to his feet. He is still a little bit up and down, still a little bit to slow, still a little bit to weak, but i think he will develop to be a very good player, and like i have said plenty of times in this forum, i really hope Cardiff dont lose him because of no playing time.

Oles signings on the whole were excellent, shame he couldn't get them to play together effectively

Fabio based on the fact he barely cost anything and I haven't seen us have this quality in a full back since Kev Mc.

But, given that you asked the question, my current view is:

1: Manga
2: Fabio
3: Daehli

However, I sincerely hope that given time, Daehli will rise to the top of that list!
