Haven't bought the game after fm13 it was a disaster IMO. But what's 15 like so far mate? I usually play the fm12 I just find it more fun tbh.

Bought every version of this.
From its original Champ Man then after the eidos split Football Man.
Then after 2012 it's just been poor.
13 and 14 were abysmal.
Doubtful I will be purchasing 15

Although FM12 was great I didn't see anything wrong with FM13 and 14. I spent just as much time on them and didn't have a problem with them

Not even contemplated buying FM2015 yet. Enjoying a game with Merthyr on the expansion pack. Got into the playoffs of the division I am in (don't even ask me to quote which one it is, 9th tier I think!) but lost in the semi finals. Currently top after 5 games in the new season. Might just stick with this until the price of FM2015 comes down a bit.

so the verdict is, fm14 was much better than 13. because i really felt after 13, i was going to give up, and jump back into the series in a few years time

I love football manager, it's an addiction that I don't feed any-more, I'm waiting a decade to see just how good the programming can get.

I'm enjoying it however there are huge problems with the goal keepers. I got promoted with City having scored 128 but conceding 91

Downloaded it yesterday, and started with Shrewsbury.

5th after ten games. Got Rhys Healey and Adedeji Oshilaja on loan. Healey scores goals for fun in League Two. Oshilaja is solid at the back.

Signed Oshilaja for Newport on 13 and he turns into a good Championship centre half.

Loving it so far! Macheda is banging goals in for fun! Got rid of a few of the top earners as Cardiff start in profit but down as going to lose £25m so got rid of Kenwyne, Kimbo and some others to raise nearly £20m plus save wages.

I downloaded it mon night and started with Portsmouth on tues morn and I'm already entering December.

Really enjoying it I think it's a little different but improved. The tactics seem to actually get listened to which is good.

Having a good start to the season is helping as I am in 2nd a point off top and in the paint trophy South semis and 2nd round fa cup in the next few games. Caused a few cup upsets with West Ham just managing to knock us out the league cup at their place.

I decided to bite the bullet and get whatever I can for my craptop

so I got championship manager 01/02

It;s completely free (and legal) and Eidos are literally giving it away

I also managed to get the updates as of October 2014 so my current squad looks like this (I may have edited Le Fondre to be me....)

How is everyone doing on this now?

I literally have not stopped on it. Top of league 1 with Pompey in my second season and half way through. Fighting with Brighton for the title currently

Does it have many bugs this time around? Usually I wait until Christmas because the game is usually released with some horrendous bugs which need correcting with updates.

I'm still in my first season with Cardiff in Championship Manager 01/02

Got all the latest teams and everything though, currently second in the table after just beating blackpool 3-0 away

AND THE BOARD STILL AREN'T HAPPY!!!

I've been all over the place again. Started as manager of BSK Borca in Serbia's second division. Got them promoted but left due to their board being a bunch of twats. I then got hired by Millwall taking them over at the bottom of the Championship. Kept them up and then pushed for the playoffs but missed out on last day.

The following season I was top of the table after 12 games but Cardiff job became available. Cardiff were lower mid-table in Championship and in financial ruin. I gambled and got hired by Cardiff. That season I finished mid-table but completely revamped the squad. Managed to get them promoted as champions the following season and got us to a debt level of owing just £30m as opposed to the £150m we owed when I took over thanks to cost-cutting, player sales, and continued parachute payments. Vincent Tan also retired at the end of my first season in charge at Cardiff and was replaced by Daniel Levy. Levy paid off the £50m debt owed to Tan which was lovely!

In my first season in the Premier League I exceeded all expectations and missed out on a Europa League place on goal difference to Everton who won their last six games in a row to deny us. Currently 7th in the following season. Not played for a while due to work but this topic has got my hunger for it back!

I've never been too good at FM. I've always said I can make an awful team competitive but I can also make a good team average! Hahaha. So as you can imagine I am really enjoying this game!

I haven't been able to play it since we've been red.

We are in blue since a week or so ago :ayatollah: they've released the half season update.

So are we back in blue now? I downloaded kit packs and swapped the home and away kits around which worked, but then they did another update patch and it's broken it so I'm back in red!

Taken from sigames forum

Default 15.3.1 Hotfix - Cardiff City Colour Fix ONLY
Hi everyone,

You may have noticed that there has been a very small hotfix update. This hotfix was to correct an error in 15.3.0, where if you started the game as Cardiff City the team's colours would incorrectly be shown as red.

This is the only fix contained in the update.

Your version number should now be:

FM2015 15.3.1
PC: 615248
Mac: 615253
Linux: 615255
