DIKGACHOI;WHERE IS HE?

Thu Oct 23, 2014 9:06 pm

I was expecting big things from this guy when he arrived from Palace. Anyone got any idea where he is? Surely not injured all this time. I believe there was a question over his fitness when he arrived, but it is late October now. Our biggest weakness at present is lack of quality influential midfielders to bring off the bench. Thought Dikgachoi would be involved by now. :bluescarf:

Not really funny that.

Trying to think over the last few seasons where we have had new guys on the block who have all made an impact straight away.

I have just watched the Russell Slade interviews from In The City (Millwall).

He said Dikgacoi came off in the away DVP loss at Crewe after an hour with another injury! Quote: 'disappointing' unquote!

Kenwyne is still 50:50 for Saturday. A few days ago (in the post Ipswich interview looking forward to Millwall) he said it was a bruised foot from training.

Ben Turner lasted all 90 minutes against Crewe and is getting there - Slade suggested he needs at least one more DVP/friendly before he is considered for a starting slot.

And finally, Martin Margetson is coming (or has come) back as goalkeeping coach. He went to West Ham as gk coach in 2011, but I don't know if he has stayed there since?

Did he say anything about Ravel?

I think Ravel is available for Millwall. No mentioned of him as injury/illness concern in the ITC interview. Slade is bound to be asked the question this morning at the pre-Millwall press event.

Probably develop another injury after playing against Crewe, that will keep him out until after christmas, so he can concentrate on the christmas parties.
