No sign. Stalking the postman for days asking him if he has delivered anything to my house (even my mothers).
I can see a mad rush of forms for this and the potential for "mistakes" when allocating tickets.

A lot have booked transport and hotels so will now travel without tickets if necessary.

Application forms will start arriving in the morning
