I admit I was one of those saying we need to drop whitts, he was playing far too deep and just simply hiding away from the ball and if a player doesn't perform then they need to be dropped, this happened under Malky's and Ole's reign. However he is in a far more comfortable position with Slade, pushing forward and he looks confident on the ball, I also believe the first goal was what he needed to revitalise his confidence. :ayatollah:
