Leicester City are everything ...

That we are not.
But everything we should be.
Team spirit, hunger & a willingness to work really hard.
Their organised, they press & never seem to give up.
Our players shouldn't need to be motivated for many of these attributes but, sadly, we're lacking them all at the moment.
Bring in Pullis!!!

Should have taken their approach to the Prem in our first season, not allow a man to blow 50m on 'potential' players

Do you know how much they have spent in recent years trying to get to the Premiership ? And how much of Malkys spending has been recouped ?

How much then Adam?

How much of Kenny Millers fee was?

How much Cornelius' was?

How much of Nicky Maynard's fee will be?

How much of Velikonja's will be?

So you can name four bad signings out of about 20-30. Any manager would take that record :ayatollah:

That's just 4 that we are going to lose significant money on. He left us with a crap squad that was ridiculously unbalanced. I can't believe people still defend Malky.

When you look at the two teams who went up with us and seeing hull and palace doing well and treading above water in the premiership , it's depressing to see how quickly this club has gone backwards in such a short space of time.

To think we went up as champions

That Man City game at home seems like a lifetime ago.

£16.5M net over the last 4 seasons with £11m of that spent this summer.

MM spent £47.5m over 3 seasons and the club has received approx £28.5m in player sales so net expenditure of £19m.

He left us with a squad sitting outside the Premier League relegation places. Don't forget the squad he inherited was the unbalanced one, only eight first team players

I can't believe people are unable to see the good Malky has done for the club. Carling cup final and promotion to the premier league as winners in two seasons. Miller's, Velikonja's and Maynard's fees are hardly significant in football these days. A few million for the three of them?

Morrison's fee on the other hand is worrying.

How much is our squad worth now do you reckon?

Also as I've mentioned above, Malky took over a squad with eight first team players so he had to spend just to get us competitive for the Championship.

We were no different to them when we started.. just they have a goal scorer.

Yeah until Malky left now we have nothing on the pitch.

Malky spent loads and bought no goalscorer.

We beat Man City at home, drew with Man Utd, beat Swansea and the place was bouncing. We gambled 8.5m on Corneius, they gambled 10m on Ulloa. Unfortunately their gamble looks to be paying off better than ours did. Leicester have been excellent so far beating Utd and drawing with Arsenal at home (similar start to us) but I'd be surprised if they keep this form up throughout the season.

Watching Leicester yesterday reminded me of us beating Man City last season, hope I am wrong but its a long season and Leicester could be in the thick of it down the bottom, Burnley spent hardly nothing and they fight fair play to them

That's not the point. Read the OP.
We have none of those attributes in this squad is the point I'm making. It's not a pro or anti Malky Mackay issue.

Sounds like a pro Malky post to me. Fact is when we lost to Palace away, Southampton home, drew Stoke away we also had nothing on the pitch.

exactly my point it was £19m expenidure not 'blow £50m' like PWO would like you to believe
