According to some reports this morning, players at the club have complained that ole didn't show any leadership and they were also not happy with his rotation system, if true then this will explain why ole originally called for a meeting with the board.

Exactly what I was thinking earlier this week.
There's been rumours about players not happy with the OGS regime.
If true who can blame them because his 'tactics' & constantly swapping & playing players out of position is making the some of the players look a lot worse than they are.
Please get Pullis in to get some organisation & pride back into my team.

As poorly as OGS have done i have no sympathy for the players. They have shown absolutely no fight. Only players that looked like they wanted to win that game on tuesday was Cala, Manga, Guerra and jones. No professionalism or pride. Most of them signed under OGS so surely they knew his rotation system?

Definitely. I would never claim to be ITK but a player that is renowned for 'doing what he wants' commented that team selection is like a lottery. It can't be good for gelling a team as a unit and for individual morale when you need everyone playing for each other, knowing each other, playing to a proven system and firing on all-four. I like Ole as he seems like a very decent guy, great with the fans but this just hasn't worked and I sincerely wish him all the very best. As others have pointed out, I think he would be a very effective talent scout and development coach, just not right for the management role yet.

Great post, spot on in my opinion. The players have had it way to easy, time to kick some butt. get Pullis in.

If they were whining behind his back i have no respect for them.
You are not talking about a group of individuals that have won everything and get a manager that isn't as decorated as them in like in the case of Man U and Moyes.
This is a well payed group of individuals that really haven't achieved much, they should have desire to prove themselves and play well for the club. I think OGS has done poorly, but not because he didn't work hard, he just didn't have the capacity to manage the team well. I don't think he didn't give it all he got but i feel like some of the players haven't.
Which one of the players can we say truly played with fight and desire this season ?
