All figures are from transfermarkt. The Medel fee was widely quoted as £10m, so there maybe other fees to come, but overall it looks like excellent business by OGS. Hudson and Taylor both went for unknown amounts and Smith and Cowie on frees. The value for those 4 players was £3.3m.

To put into context. We sold 4 players and got £24m for them.

Out of that £24m we spent £14m on 10 players

So thanks to Ole....

- We have an excellent squad
- We still have £10m from transfer sales
- We have 10 players who are worth £21m
- and we still have parachute money!!!!

10 excellent players in. An extra £10m in the bank. Lower Wages plus the "unspent" £30m parachute payment gives us a nice little budget to spend on loan players or further players in January - if indeed they are needed.
