For Norwich it might not be a bad idea they have started really well and Grabban is in serious form 5 in 5. Would allow more attack minded, Noone/Pilkington/Dæhli would be able to push forward as well as the full backs to support the front two.

Basically how Dave Jones played, but without the full backs.

It's what Dave Jones did very little creativity came from central midfield, McPhail, Olofinjana, Whitts, Rae, Ledley all had to sit in front of a back four almost as extra defenders sometimes. But then Ramsey bucked the trend because he was simply too good to play like that really.

But Dave Jones' creativity came from the wings, Burke, Bellamy, Koumas, Routledge, Whitts, McCormack all great wingers during his reign.

Can't wait for Noone to come back, Pilkington loves coming into central, needs to stick to the formation and position.
