A REASON WHY WE DIDN'T TOUCH THE SUBJECT MONTHS AGO

So putting the racism to one side for a moment , was there evidence of any fraud whatsoever ?

Martyn, regarding Malky I have heard of none or seen none.

Regarding Moody,I have heard a tan is adamant that Moody is guilty.

fraud is one of the most difficult and therefore, expensive crimes to prove. luckily though vincent tan can finance this and won't give up at being told it will be uneconomical to fight.

any lawyer will tell you that proving it is very difficult, and that alone may see moody let off the hook, if he had done anything wrong.

So basically then its a case of just finding anything they can to pin on both of them assuming that any financial wrong doing cannot be proven ?
