Haven't Derby lost a load of players ? I'd expect Wigan and Norwich to be up there, but as always with the Championship it's wide open. Hard to pick 3 to go down. You'd expect maybe Brentford and Rotherham to struggle, maybe Brum and Blackpool with their problems, but that's it. No way touches.

Annis, I think the first 4 or 5 games will be very telling on how the season will pan out (i.e. whether Ole's style of play and tactics will work in The Championship)

I totally agree that last season's displays leave plenty of room for doubt, but I am impressed with the squad Ole has assembled and (as ever) I go into the season with plenty of enthusiasm. I just hope we (the fans) aren't let down!

As for "Top Six" predictions?? There's always one team that comes from nowhere and I have sneaking feeling for Sheffield Wednesday to do well now that your mate has left the building! LOL

Other than that, I am loathe to choose and will (as always) concentrate on ONE team only; Cardiff City FC

Very tough start but I think it is extremely important we are in the mix after these eight games, we don't want to be chasing a big points gap after the first 8 games.

Very tough start but I think it is extremely important we are in the mix after these eight games, we don't want to be chasing a big points gap after the first 8 games.

Exactly, we seem unlucky with the fixtures, a relegated team normally needs a few weeks to start winning again and rebuild the confidence, we need a fast start, but have a really tough one......
