I refer this to the bibical times where the jews (Isrealis) where dispersed from their land. Can't recall how they departed the first time but it was Moses who bought them back. That is well known. They were dispersed a second time about 70 AD when the Romans invaded them. Like it or not the bible has prophesised these 2 dispersions and also prophesised both returns. Alot of scholars claim the second return was completed in 1948 when the Isreali state was formed.

So with that and the fact the Palestines were living in this land while the jews were dispersed makes you understand why each culture believes it is their land. The bible preaches that the jews will never leave their land once they have returned for the second time. If the teaching of the bible are to be correct then there is a long way to go yet.

You say Israel has the right to defend itself from the fear of attack, fair enough, but if you weren't blinkered you'd give that same right to the Palestinians. They are constantly under the fear of attack, they have been for years, on top of that a blockade that strangles them economically as well as countless other violations of their human rights and dignity. You will never sort this out ,out there ,for a start the two religions hate each other ,and if i remember correctly it was israels land before the Romans invaded and took the land from them and named it Palestine which came from an extinct people called the philistines that were enemies of the israelites , then there has been other neighbouring countries that have invaded and so on right up until great Britain were in control of it 60 odd years ago ,so you can see they both believe that its their land and no matter how much fighting they do killing each other will not sort this out ,are they fighting over land or two religions killing each other ,the sad thing is its the innocent people kids etc that are being killed ,they need to stop sit down and sort it out but blind hatred is stopping them doing it ,very sad .

We could also discuss the criminal actions of the state of Israel (especially over the past 15 years), their apartheid policies, and the settler demonstrations calling for Arabs to be killed (mirroring some of the language of Hamas). However, my issue is that you (and others with your agenda) always make sweeping statements about 'the Palestinians' and 'the Arabs' - in their millions - and then justify it by referring to Hamas - in their thousands. It amazes me that people who are so eager to shout 'anti-semitism' at any opportunity are happy to do that with no shame. The Palestinian parents holding their dead children in bombed hospitals are not speaking for Hamas when a camera is pushed in their faces - they are human beings in a pit of dispair, grief, anger and hopelessness - and it is what they and their families want that I was referring to.

You've just mentioned the typical current Israeli policy apologist stance of, the Gazans want us to bomb them because they then get public opinion on their side.
Now ignoring the main flaw in your argument, mainly the real tears and emotion seen when confronted with the bodies of their children.
