The Daily Mail claim that the Republic of Ireland international will hold talks with Watford on Wednesday ahead of a possible season-long loan.

The Hornets are in the market for a defensive midfielder, with ex-Arsenal man Emmanuel Frimpong named as another potential signing by the Watford Observer on Tuesday.

Andrews joined Bolton on a three-year deal in June 2012, but after the arrival on Jay Spearing on a permanent contract last season, the 33-year-olds first-team place at Bolton came under threat.

He joined Brighton on at the start of the 2013-14 campaign and went on to make 31 appearances, scoring once, for the Seagulls.
