Mats Daehli 1 on 1 & Dribbles 13/14

Never ceases to impress me. I think the efficiency in his dribbles and tricks is one of his strongest attributes. He doesn't mess around with 15 stepovers, it's quick and efficient, running straight at them with the ball glued to his feet.

He's obviously a talented lad, but tbh that video also highlighted his biggest weakness. So many of them dribbles had no end product. He needs to improve this if he wants to fulfil his potential.

Nice video.
His end product is not a worry.Has good end product at national team and with united may be a matter of style of play or integration into team. Had 2 assist on Saturday so I am gonna guess we will see more assist from him this season.
The other thing is he creates space for other players with his skills. You see in that video how often times you need 2-3 players to close him down -that in turn creates space for other players.
What he really needs to improve in my opinion is his shot.
If he improves that then I think the sky's the limit.
Be really interesting to see where he is in 5 years time at 23-24.
