We all knew it was coming. Just seems odd that THIS is the thing to hate while still sitting in the stadium watching us play in red.
If you hate all things rebrand the only stance to take is a total boycott.
I actually think I may sit up there so that I look out on nothing but blue seats. Sit anywhere else and you will see it all match.

One day we will be back in blue and It'll be thanks to fans who never shut up about it even when the reds tried to silence them.

It's not a just a seat colour though, is it. It's resembles the rebrand, something the vast majority of us are against.
Of course we all knew the red seats were coming, that doesn't mean we should now just care about them. Also no one's implying that we're JUST going to hate the red seats and not the team playing in a red kit... that's a strange assumption.
If you hate fans caring about our identity maybe you should stop going.

Your avatar resembles the rebrand with that badge, how anyone could hate the rebrand and buy rebranded merchandise is hypocritical to say the least

I hate the red, not the badge.
Do you consider every badge change we've had (around 12 I think) a rebrand?

Bolton actually have red and blue on their kit though so it makes sense, it's part of their identity.
Stop clutching at straws.

Who said anything about HATING fans? That is an example of the over the top reaction I am talking about.
I hate the rebrand but it has to come with balanced views on each and every part of it.
In the grand scheme of the rebrand, the colour of some seats does not need the sort of reactions that some are giving.
Changes to badges, strip colour, the bluebird deserve the vitriol that is out there.
The stadium looks better for the two colour scheme just like many stadiums around the world and when the home kit is blue again and red is our away colour, the stadium will perfectly represent the club.
Hating fans??? Get over yourself you drama queen.

Red barely features on their kit. Maybe as an afterthought but a strange one

Barely any white seats when their kit is predominantly white
