From the BBC...

Bellamy to lead Cardiff academy against Gap Connah's Quay

Craig Bellamy will manage a Cardiff City academy team in pre-season friendly with Welsh Premier League side Gap Connah's Quay.
Gap host the side on July 15 after games against Dinamo Bucharest on 2 July and Bulgarian Champions PFC Ludogorets Razgrad on 5 July.
On 19 July, Celtic Nation FC play at Deeside Stadium.
Cardiff City have not responded to a request about whether this is a permanent role for Bellamy.
The former Wales captain retired in May following the Bluebirds' relegation from the Premier League.
The 34-year-old played his final game in City's 2-1 Premier League defeat by Chelsea .
The Cardiff-born forward won 78 caps for Wales and played for seven clubs in the Premier League including Liverpool, Manchester City and Newcastle United.

This will be the only way his boy will get a game if he is manager cause Ellis Bellemy is one of if not the worst academy player I have ever seen.

100%agree with your comment This kid is keeping a more talented player out of the academy He is clearly only in it due to who his dad is. I would say he is the worse player I have ever seen in the academy

Hopefully not, his attitude will only have a detrimental effect on our club. Don't get me wrong a great player who we were lucky to have in 2 of the 3 seasons he played for us but he shouldn't be managing or coaching here at any level thank you.

Sadly the name Bellemy is hagding round that kids neck like a heavy stone.
It is plain for everybody to see he isnt upto welsh league u18s football nevermind academy football .
His grandfather Doug (Craigs Dad) is all to willing to tell everybody that ellis has been guaranteed a contract until he is 21 which I find shocking !!
Some of the coaching staff have raised concerns about about his ability but those concerns have been silenced if the rumours are true that Craig is actually paying his wages there really isn't any hope for the kid .
