RUDY GESTEDE v KENWYN JONES

This for me is a no-brainer. We let a young up and coming player leave for next to nothing and brought in Mr Jones. Rudy Gestede could have done a far better job up front than Kenwyn Jones, he is quick, mobile and has an eye for goal. He has scored 10 for Blackburn Rovers since he left and made a few for Jordan Rhodes. God forbid he comes back next season and scores against us. I remember watching Rudy against Notts Forrest in the Championship year and he played brilliant and scored twice, yet we don't even consider him. He will only get better and we will regret letting him go and the same goes for Craig Conway who can cross the ball.

Agree malky made a big fuk up there.

Ole is completely clueless. I'm hoping we manage to get rid of Jones, Fabio, Cala, Eikrem and Berget in the summer. Daehli is the only one of his signings I rate and I reckon he is a couple of years away from really deserving a first team spot. Luckily Zaha will go back automatically, he is the other one that has potential but completely the wrong signing to bring into a struggling team because he is a huge luxury we can't afford with our team.

I rate Cala, other than the Liverpool game and today he's been decent, I'd definitely like to see him alongside Turner next season. Fabio isn't doing as bad as when he first arrived either, still not good enough though

Throw I meant my bad. Still you can't say the same people are saying why did we sell him, are the same ones who were slating him without naming names.

Gestede was a complete cart horse but I'd take him over Jones everyday of the week.

Gestede for all his faults was a trier and had time on his side to develop other aspects of his game.

Jones on the other hand is a lazy fu*cker and is just bumping up his retirement fund.

I agree on Bothroyd. But disagree with almost everyone on Jones. I think he will be a very good striker at championship level and has much more ability than Gestede.

Malky was right to sell Gestede as he is not up to Premier League level for me. He also was not the hard working player that people are making him out to be.

he might well be very good in the championship.... but we are paying him 37k a week, and its far too much.
