AFC WIMBLEDON / SUNDERLAND POINTS FINE

How wrong is this ,AFC Wimbledon due to have a 3 point deduction due to them fielding an ineligible player yet Sunderland field a player who plays 4 games and they get a fine .

Now I'm not posting this saying we should get points but just to show that they really need to get rules in order and everyone have the same punishment,how can one team get deducted and the other doesn't for the same offence should all be the same across the board,double standards
