Always a quality keeper, just a shame he was up against Marshy! Congrats Tom! :ayatollah:

Agree that Tom is a top bloke. I hope we get the chance to welcome him to CC Stadium next year where I am sure he will receive a warm welcome.

Tom Heaton is a top bloke, and a very good keeper. Always thought that he was a better all-round keeper than Marshall. Especially on crosses. But Marshall has improved with the change in goalkeeping coaches a year or two back. Better shot-stopper.

But well done Burnley, and Tom Heaton. Sean Dyche was Malky's deputy at Watford, and tried to get him to come to Cardiff. Pity that Sam Vokes missed the run-in. Good for Wales if he gets going in the PL.

Not many times you get 2 keepers who were both closely rated together.. Best of luck to him, deserved a better move than Bristol to start with mind you.
