OGS strengths

Positivity

The thing thats stood out for me since OGS has taken charge is how positive we are as a side. Always looking to go forward and try and make things happen.

Brave

Not afraid to change things early on if its getting a bit on top. Also he picks and form and not reputation.

Adaptable

Been a bit of a weakness as well and may have cost us a few points, though not really down to him more the timing of appointment and lack of time to work. But nethertheless Ole has shown he can use a few different systems.

Decent bloke

Maybe the most important he seems to be a genuinely good person, who has the respect and admiration of his players.
