Just watched the FA cup show ZAHA ?

Sun Feb 16, 2014 12:09 am

Zaha made some class passes in the 1st half, didn't notice a lot of them during the game :ayatollah:

Great talent, but takes the wrong decisions at times. Plenty of occasions where he should've passed the ball instead of trying to play fancy with it.

Tries to pull of a trick, when the simple job would be fine.

Get that habit out of him & he will be a fine player. A little greedy, but exciting to watch when on the ball.

Not sure he is United standard though.

 just an opinion, calm down. I've already given my opinion on his CARDIFF performances, just given my thoughts on his long term development.

Where have I given the impression that I didn't know we played in the same league? Just making a point that whilst I think he has potential, I don't see him being United standard in the future.

Vastly over rated - can see why Moyes never wanted him anywhere near the 1st team. Similarly we are probably saving on our water bill as Kenwyn Jones does not need a shower at the end the game - I've seen more life in a tramps vest!

I thought Zaha and Daehli developed a good understanding during the game. They played some good stuff together and each player seemed to know where the other was going. I know there wasn't much in the way of an end result but give this double act a little more time and I think we could see something special here. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

That's your problem he is playing Cardiff standard , fecking shite !
And the reason you didn't see much if him on highlights was because he actually ran up his own arse and was out of the game while he extracted himself

They were fantastic with each other, some of their to each other were fantastic! We played some really good football yesterday just had no end product. People need to stop being so f*cking down in the dumps! We battered Wigan yesterday, just would drop for us

He's surprised me at how difficult he finds it to do the simple things. Yesterday a few simple passes not complete and three over hit crosses to name a few but the talent is there. He's still developing but we've not got time to develop players. He's no better than what we got.

But that is what you get with him it always has been, he had some nice touches yesterday must admit didn't see most of them until I watched the game on Tv

Looks like he is getting better, lots will say he isn't I was one of them at the game but until I saw the highlights that changed my mind, onwards and upwards :ole:

One of many signings in January who had been professional benchwarmers for 6 months. I understand it takes a few matches to get up to speed, but put 3 in the same pot, you brew a potant concoction named failure

You are actually describing how players like Routledge and Ronaldo were before they matured. Zaha will get there, just needs time.

If we are to have any chance of staying up he has to shine and provide the bullets for Jones and Fraizer.

I'm willing to be patient. He's a young man and very talented.

Okay, patience could be difficult, I admit I'm a desperate man.

Just play brilliantly you b*stard and keep us up!!!!!
