Interesting Tan Now Takes total Control of CCFC/All Paid Off

Sun Nov 17, 2013 12:22 pm

Some will find it interesting/some will not, some will dislike/others will like, you cant please everyone

We have a new Company Secretary MR AMIR JOHN WILLIAM FITZHUGH.

All the Directors who were owed money were fully paid off last Friday.

' Vincent Tan looking for greater Cardiff control '

' VINCENT TAN will increase his stake in Cardiff this week with a new £6million investment in shares. '

By Daily Star Reporter/Published 17th November 2013.

Vincent Tan could be about to float Cardiff on the Malaysian Stock Exchange.
The Malaysian billionaire owner will then own 95 per cent of the Bluebirds.

That means Tan has spent more than £120m in shares since he bought 36 per cent to take control of the Welsh club in 2010.

Tan’s next move could be to float Cardiff on the Malaysian Stock Exchange later this year.

So if he owns the club where has the 36m gone ? into club or has he dealt with himself ? anyone care to explain how the share process works ?

Re: Interesting week ahead Tan will increase his stake in Ca

The idea was to turn it into +EV Equity, although he is yet to see a return on 120 million, he has set up the foundation upgraded the club and will effectively sell it for 200 million minimum + anything extra he has such as add ons, clauses etc. will add to his sole net worth and business plans,

In the process our debt is writ off and in return put into green status making the market value of the club more appealing for big investers

This should be viewed as a positive move by all fans as it will make us debt free on paper and will increase the prospect of Tan selling up and moving on. A positive story at last out of CCFC

Vincent Tan may own the financial side of Cardiff City but he will never own the spiritual side of the club ! The spirit of Cardiff City is owned by the fans who believe in and respect the traditions & history of the club ! Respect the fact that Cardiff City have played in Blue with a Bluebird crest for over 100 years ! The true fans must recognise this fact & not allow Mr Tan & his red dragon followers dilute their spirit and passion for Cardiff City FC. !!! Bluebirds for Ever !!! :ayatollah:

Grow up and get someone with intelligence to explain the 'bigger picture' to you, Bluebird 37

Don't you dare refer to ANY fan on here as being either a 'true' fan or otherwise, simply based on their (individual) opinions as to whether Tan has been good, bad or indifferent for this great club

I have yet to see a 'reasoned' or 'intelligent' post from you that is of your own making; you can't even quote members of BU correctly when you are borrowing their words for your own ends

Whether people accept or reject the 'colour' situation, it doesn't make them any less a supporter of Cardiff City Football Club and for you (and others) to insinuate differently is bang out of order and leaves you with little or no credibility when it comes to the many 'real' issues that currently engulf our club (including the move to Red)

People of varied opinions care deeply about Cardiff City FC and you need to learn that quickly ;)

Chris, in some ways I have to agree with you on that, but there was no need to buy Red, wear Red, endorse the Red or belittle those that continued to stay Blue and wear their Blue.
We could of had a BLUE stadium Chris.

Tan wants his own people in.

Tan wants to stay around and have his say with his own people directing the show.

Tan does not want a building constructor on the board or a set of accountants from the local vicinity but his own people within his own environment. Praise be to Allah he is going to get it if you get my drift.

I couldn't agree more on the "wearing red" front, Annis :ayatollah:

And I also agree that the 'belittling' is out of order WHICHEVER SIDE IT COMES FROM :ayatollah:

Ian, again I fully agree :ayatollah:

His own people are impervious to the shouts of the 'locals' as they only hear ONE voice and it isn't Barry Manilow's!

He (Tan) must have shares in HMV, surely? :laughing6: :laughing6:

I see this as good news, the only way for the club to go forward is for Tan to sort the finances once and for all.

Ideally then sell us on to a blue loving billionaire :ayatollah:

Why does the word "true" grind me ????

Who are the true fans ?

How do you qualify to be "true" ?

Is not wearing red "true"

Is a current blue away kit "true" with the sponsorship of "Malaysia" blazoned across it

Does "true" mean "pure"

Does it grind me because it sounds Nazi

Some fans feel the need to make sure everyone knows that they are a better fan than others lol.
I couldn't care how people perceive me or what group im supposed to be in, I'd rather just stick to supporting my club.

I agree. Every single time you buy a ticket and plonk your butt on your seat, you are as much a supporter as anyone else in the stadium, including the away supporters :ayatollah:

The only exception being those scummy ManUre 'fans' who somehow manage to filtrate the 'home' stands

I hope it doesn't happen, but you just know they'll be out there...
