Actually, according to the Mail, Spurs want £12m for him.

To say I'm disappointed with the lack of players that have arrived would be an understatement. Since the end of the season we've only got 3. Malky has said he has been working all summer, don't doubt that. But no experience in squad other than CB39.
Even if we do get some quality in before the window shuts, I honestly feel we will struggle this season and it would be a shock if we survived .
Now before anyone says "your all doom and gloom" no I am not. I am 100% behind Malky and Cardiff. I am also down to earth enough to realise that we are the only club in this division who has NEVER played at this level. That will have its bearings on transfer activities(or lack of)Also.

I can see a tough few months ahead,but I look forward to them nonetheless.
